1. What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to place and deliver your order and to contact you:
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address.
- Delivery address: city, branch or address of the delivery service (UPS).
- Order details: list of items, total, payment and delivery method.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies (see the section below).
We do not collect or store full bank card details — payment is processed on the side of the payment systems.
2. How we use the data
- Placing, processing and delivering your orders.
- Communication regarding order status, confirmation and support.
- Processing returns and warranty claims.
- Improving the website, analytics and security.
- Newsletters — only with your consent, with the option to unsubscribe.
3. Transfer of data to third parties
We transfer the minimum necessary data only to partners who fulfill the order:
- Delivery services (UPS) — name, phone and address to send the parcel.
- Payment systems — to securely process payment.
- IT service providers (hosting, analytics) — within the scope of technical processing.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed at the request of authorized state authorities in cases provided for by law.
4. Storage and protection
Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access for the period required to fulfill the order and comply with legal requirements (including accounting and tax). After this period the data is deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with the law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of data (the “right to be forgotten”) if there are no legal grounds to retain it.
- Restrict processing or object to it.
- Withdraw previously given consent to processing or newsletters.
- File a complaint with the authorized personal data protection authority.
