1. Service description
Hawaii Parts is an online marketplace for selling used and new auto parts. We provide a product catalog, search and matching tools, as well as an order processing and delivery service nationwide.
Information about availability, prices and product specifications may change. We make every effort to keep the data current but do not guarantee the absence of technical inaccuracies.
2. Registration and account
- An order can be placed both by a registered user and without creating an account.
- You undertake to provide accurate data when placing an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your account data confidential and for actions taken under it.
- We have the right to block an account in case of violation of these terms or abuse.
3. Order and payment rules
- An order is considered accepted after it is confirmed by our manager.
- Prices are listed in hryvnia and include all applicable taxes.
- Payment is possible online or by cash on delivery on receipt.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud, refunding the amount paid.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the UPS service nationwide, including cash on delivery (payment on receipt at the branch).
- Delivery times depend on the region and usually take 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery cost is calculated at the carrier’s rates and is paid by the recipient unless otherwise stated.
- The risk of accidental damage passes to the buyer from the moment the parcel is received.
5. Returns and warranty
You have the right to return goods of proper quality within 7 days from receipt if they have not been used and have been kept in their original condition. Every part comes with a quality inspection warranty.

6. Liability of the parties
- We are responsible for the conformity of the goods to the description and their proper quality within the warranty.
- We are not responsible for incorrect part selection if the buyer provided incorrect car data.
- We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation or operation of the part.
- The buyer undertakes to verify part compatibility before installation (by VIN or by consulting a manager).
7. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. The parties make efforts to settle disputes through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in court at the seller’s location in accordance with applicable law.
